Who called me from this phone number (888) 874-2305

I did not answer the phone when this number called. It went to voicemail and the guy that left the message sounded like he was trying to scare me into calling him back in regards to what he says is an "ongoing investigation where my name came up." He also said that a summons would be sent to my job or to my house. I googled this number and others have complained about receiving threatening/aggressive calls/messages from this number.
