A fraudulent charge of $59 on my AmEx card by "Metro PCS Web Airtime" (888-863-8768) - don't have an account with this "Metro" company. Tried to solve with their customer support - because I had NO ACCOUNT, they claim they could not reverse charges. Pathetic excuse, in my opinion, as they verified my name on the card that was charged and that I have NO ACCOUNT with them. Disputed to reverse charge with AmEx and getting new card. "Metro PCS" should be put on a fraud list from all legitimate companies.
