They called stating they were a company associated with canon printers and took over my grandmothers computer and changed things on it and now she is afraid to use it. Then they wouldn't quit calling and then other numbers similar to theirs with accents started calling. We had to block both numbers and unplug her internet. He said his name was Roy with Canon Printer assistance.
