I got a second call from these people when I told them I did not want any more calls. I didn't sign up for these calls in the first place and I may change pharmacies if they are sharing this info without my permission.
The GoodStart program is a complimentary pharmacy follow up call service for patients recently placed on important new medications.
Received a call and they wanted to review my medications. Stated they were partnered with my local pharmacy. My son works for my pharmacy and the lady couldn't name one employee there. She then hang up on me.
Answered; it was from a GoodRX they said allegedly in "partnership" with my local pharmacy to help me understand my prescriptions and if I would like a follow-up call. I declined stating I look up my own prescription information on the internet already. Just thanked me for my time and hung up.
