I get these calls all the time. Definitely seem suspicious to me. "Hi my name is Kelly. I'm calling from a private processing division to schedule an agent to come to your home in place of employment to provide you with a summons the agent will only make two attempts to get in contact with you after the second attempt if no contact is established. It will be classified as a failure to be served any questions, you have can be addressed to the issuing office at 888-808-3356. I'm going to place a one hour hold in the service of action to give you the opportunity to get in contact with the office once again, the number is 888-808-3356 or you can press one now to speak directly with the office."
