I received this voice mail and said calling from Epicore (possible this name) and my medical procedure has been denied. Both of my doctor and I will receive a letter and call back this 1-888 number if needed. First, the voice mail mentioned a person's name which is not me. Also, I don't have any medical insurance and procedure underway. Therefore, this is either calling to the wrong person or spam call. Suggestion to everyone, if you think any strange (or cold) call is really for you, never ever call back this 1-888 number or from the caller ID, always search and call directly to the official phone number from your reliable source, such as official websites, insurance card, etc. Hope this help!
