they called me saying I owe child support money.... In fact, my child support case has been settled for 10 years now.
This company called my mom trying to get me to pay an old debt from when I was hit by an 18 wheeler over 12 years ago. They are very deceptive telling my poor old mom that I missed a court date and now have a case number! So my mom being scared called me up and tells me everything she can remember (she has dementia so very scary and hard for her to do). So I clam her down and explained to her I have not been served any court papers and that they are either a scammer or bill collector trying to collect an old debt. I'm thinking it's a scammer and wanting to wast some of their time for upsetting my poor old mom I called the number they gave her. Now I don't want them to have my cell phone number so I *67 the number and call it (for those of you that don't know if you dial *67 and then the number it will hide your real number your calling from). So they answer by stating the collection firms name and wanting the case number. I asked to speak to this "Justin Miller" guy and he would not transfer me unless I gave him my case number which I would not or my last name or any personal info. If you want to wast their time for being scum this is a good way to do it. They will try and put some lame guilt trip on you, but them picking on the poor is so honorable! Anyhow I have been sued 3 times for different debts that I could not pay. My accident ended up putting me into dept for 1 million dollars that was credit cards and hospitals total. Well I got a lawyer to represent me every time and have won all of them! They never show up for the case and it cost them extra money to go that far. I thought I would put this out there to help anyone who is being harassed by these types of tactics. If you want to waste their time you can keep them on the phone as long as you want they never hang up! I guess they think they might trick you into something or into giving them info, who knows. I even heard that some of them pay money to get into this work and are promised BIG bucks doing this. So this company is not only harassing the poor they are taking advantage of their own employees! Really very SICK!!!
Another employee who got scammed into thinking they would make allot of money collecting expired debts from people who don't have money. Enjoy your minimum wage, idiot. LOL!

There is an easier way to see if you have a court case filed against you. "PACER case locator". They called me and i took the info and then they call my wife with the same scam. These are pathetic losers who have lost the identity in the society and to themselves. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do as they do not disclose their physical address. They pose to be from the county dispatcher but in reality, they are pathetic scammers. There should be a law against these bastards!
