This person called and said they was from cox promotion.

Called from a private number. Left a message to call another number and give an ID reference number to whoever picks up the phone. States that there is a pending legal matter against me and to find out more information I need to call the firm. They then called my father who I have not lived with for the last 15 years. They told him it was urgent to get ahold of me and I have me call a number and reference number. This same setup happened four months ago turned out there looking for somebody with a similar name as me yet wanted me to verify my social with them as in give them the last four of my social. Wasn't happening. Same scam fraud mo.

Said I qualified for student loan forgiveness program.
