Claims to be the Social Security Administration and that your SSN is suspended blah blah

Company says their are hackers in our computer and they want to fix it. My husband had been scammed a few years ago.They claimed that the company was closing and they had to refund his payment for services. They had claimed that they could only deposit 5,000.00 in his account and they needed him to refund 4,700.00 to them right away. Husband checked his account on another computer and there was a deposit in the amount of 5,000.00 in his checking account.He managed to keep the guy on the phone long enough for me to call the police from my cell. Officer arrived and even managed to talk to the guy.When officer said she was a Police officer the guy managed to take control of husband computer and wiped it out. We ended up having to call and put stops on our bank accounts and credit card accounts till we could get to bank in the morning when they opened.That is when were discovered they had taken 5,000.00 out of our savings and transferred to the checking. We ended up closing all accounts and getting new. Since then we get calls several times a week. Sometimes several a day.I have asked them to leave us alone and not call. I have just hung up when they call but they call back. This has now been going on for over 2 years. Today I demanded a name and phone # and told them I was turning them in for harassment. I was told they are cancelling husbands account and charging him 149.00 cancellation fee claiming they have his credit card number and checking account number. We are fed up totally with the harassment.
