They offered 0% interest on one of my high interest credit cards. That is if I added $999.00 to the balance on my credit card. The more I thought about it the more concerned I became. The company they said was Cloud Finance. Is there a number to call to report them?

Called and asked to speak to a person that is not me or in my household. Told him he had the wrong number and he said he did not have the wrong number and called me by the name of the person he originally identified and that he was calling about my Chase account (I don't have any accounts with Chase). I told him again he had the wrong number and he insisted he did not and called me the other person's name again so I hung up.
