I received a call from 609.542.4873 and was told to call 888-672-3452 because of a complaint. The file number referenced is also in another user's comments. I have no outstanding bills.
Receive call from 240-918-5133 (Ashton, Maryland) saying that there had been a complaint filed against my one of us and that he needed to respond within 24 hours to the Department, or they would proceed without us. The number they gave to call them was 888-672-3452 and gave a reference number. They are trying to produce fear with the 24-hour statement and don't even mention any pertinent information, just that they are the Department with no department name. Just pure evil.
Call saying a pending action being filed against me and I must take care of it within 24 hrs by calling them back and giving ref# 65935-01. No mention of the company or firm. I don't have any outstanding bills
I got 6 different calls from this phone number 888-672-3452 at my place of work, the man on the other end kept saying "I called him" and that I am going to be sued in Oakland County and when was I served papers. I am NOT being sued, nor have I received any papers, and when I asked him to verify who was supposedly suing me, he said "You should know you got papers right".... I then hung up, and told him he was being reported!
Got a call and vm from this number from a Melanie Gomez saying that there was a complaint forwarded to her office. That i could call this number to discuss the case # they gave me. She didn't mention the company name or anything like that. She even giggled when she couldn't say my last name properly. It sounded like she was reading from a script.
Called my number 4 times with an incorrect name claiming I owed them for a debt that doesn't exist.
Called and claimed I was being sued for a 10 year old debt I don’t owe

"Jane Gonzalez" called my wife's phone "about a complaint...we received in our office" with a reference number and a 1-888-672-3432 callback. I looked that number up and found this site. Sounds like a scam. Came from 305-402-9382 North Miami Beach, FL.
