Who called me from this phone number (888) 664-1610

Showed up on Caller ID as [V] Publishers 1-888-664-1610. Caller had foreign accent, saying we'd won money. I said not to call again and hung up. They called back immediately. I again said don't call back and didn't hear from them again. Call came about 10:30 PM EST, which is the only reason I answered because it was so late.
