A Person claiming to be Brad Johnson from Tax Relief Service saying I qualified for the Fresh Start Program to Relieve me of Back Taxes that I may owe. When I called and said I was on the National Do Not Call registry and Wanted their Company Information to file a complaint, a Female said OK, and then hung up on me! TOTAL SCAM so beware!
