Robot call from an 800 # left message about a "Pre auth" -it had my name, but it did not identify itself. So I left it to Message. Looked up Caller ID= 888-635-4754; I called it back-- a Robot answered, and said "Thank you for returning our call, what is the code we gave you?" They never gave a "Code" in message. I hung up. Called my Insurance Company (HMO)-- it is not their #. Phishing-- SCAM... Unsafe.
