Guy called my place of employment (with this big "intimidating" voice) asking for me. I asked him if he had an extension, she said never mind. He then called my cell phone and left a message saying I would be sued and to call this number back with reference # 517005. He said this call would be considered a legal attempt to contact and will be noted on my account. SCAM

called my father looking for me and said the same thing. Said I had a Complaint against me through the court where I live. Had a reference number and to call this number. Scott something. SCAM

The same as everyone else. "Michelle Myers" and I'm going to be sued. Want me to call back. Not happening. 504274 is the "file number" they gave to reference. SCAM. Predatory and disgusting.

Called to day showed as unknown caller with this number to call back and talk to Michelle Myers claiming they will be filing a law suit against me. Found this number reported on multiple sites and did not return the call.

Called me and showed up as unknown caller. They gave me this number to call back and said in the message that I’m being sued. I called the number and told them that I’ll be filling a case against them ASAP for fraudulent charges and they thought I was joking. Since I have a personal lawyer he contacted them for me and they hung up. It’s a scam don’t give any information and don’t believe a word they say.

Lawsuit scam. Person name Michelle Myers and David will claim that you are being serve by the county you live in but before they can give you any information about the case , they need to verify your personal information. I told them I need to know who they are before I can verify any information. They have the last for digit of your SS#. I didn't verify any information and started to yell at them. The person got upset and hung up the phone.
