Who called me from this phone number (888) 583-9888

2nd call from this person. Takes about 30 seconds before they say anything and then start a sales pitch. 2nd call was after I told them that I was on the Do Not Call List and to not call back again. One day later, another call. I usually don't answer calls that aren't in my directory but I'm selling some stuff at present and don't want to miss a call.
