Calls an elderly neighbor to relinquish a time share for thousands of dollars more than the free program offered by the time share company even though my neighbor says she doesn't want the service.
I received a text from this number something about medical ins, and since I need to drop my Kaiser ins I called the number and they set me up with an insurance broker I imagine who will probably rip me off for something I can do myself. This number is safe, I just got the guy off the phone by telling him I'm hard of hearing.

Got similar call about an OLD Visa card. Guys name is Richard Davis. All he could give me was last 4 also.
