Who called me from this phone number (888) 521-3458

Scam call saying they tried to deliver a court summons to my home and their next step is to deliver at my job between 2-4pm. As the person was trying to leave the call back number, you could hear a man in the background dictating the call back number to the person on the phone. Total SCAM!
