My past employer from 2 years ago sent me a message that came from 888-519-3116 to my old work phone number regarding a missed court appearance and needing to reschedule. Tried calling the number, and the same recording over and over "your call is very important to us, please wait for next associate...press zero to leave a message." When you press zero it says the prompt is not available and continues the recording message 10+ minutes. I called the county I used to live in and they have no pending cases for me, so please beware of this number - it is spam. It was also communicated to me that had I missed a court date that was set, then I would be in default of whatever the hearing held was and responsible. They would not call from a third-party on rescheduling a court appearance.
Recieved a call 12/18/2019 coming after me with legal action on a payday loan that I paid back years ago from 18885193116 wanted $2000 a week before xmas stating they would garnish my wage. Suspend my license and freeze my bank account I told them I was contacting an attorney. Taking this loan yrs ago was a big mistake I get calls like this about this account all the time, almost paid once thank God I didnt go through with it...
Says, they are calling about pay day loan from 2010. Said they have all info to come after me.
