Received calls from 888-513-5000 and 888-418-9839 claiming to be ATT/Directv promoting an EBAY collaboration requiring loading an EBAY gift card and paying my monthly bill with same in turn for 50% discount on current service package. SCAM!!!
Tried to say I owed money on a previous account, which has been closed for 6 months. When I told him the account was closed, he tried to tell me this was a disconnect fee. I proceeded to tell him he was full of it and in turn told me to fuck off and hung up on me.
Fake Directv offers confirmed.
Claim to be DirecTV. Give offers that don't exist. Verified it with DirecTV.
