this is the second call i have gotten from this unwanted number this time i didnt answer..the first time was last month and it was a barely recognizable voice or recording saying something about how i will owe money or it will be "taken from my card" if i didnt act on whatever this was right away...i hung up the first time (never should have answered to begin with)..this time i ignored the call but decided to report...
