complete scam
Left a message that it was a friendly call from AT&T about changes in our account for our phone number ending in (stated the last 4 digits of our number). But our phones are through optimum, not AT&T.
Said her name was Ashley with AT&T calling me regarding my account ending in XXXX. Funny thing. The numbers she was referring to are the last four digits of my VERIZON phone number. Told me to return her call so that we could discuss this account.
