Who called me from this phone number (888) 493-0202

My 85 year old mother received multiple calls from "Robert" from this number to try and convince her to refi her mortgage. I called "Robert" for her and a male anwers the call with "hello". Did not identify himself or company. I asked to speak with Robert. He asked "who are you". I told him my name and again asked to speak with Robert and said "you don't sound like a mortgage company" and he hung up on me.
