received a call from a man who did not identify himself by name and was very vague about the point of his call. My number was listed as a point of contact/associated with another person (also unnamed). Also, he did not address me by any name so this is just a cold call scam.
received the texts same as above from Kara also call on my cell and at work. no messages. I finally called the number.They trying to collect on an old debt from 2008. stated all the usual, wanted me to pay today, wanted to email instead of mail any kind of information on account. stated account was being reviewed for judgement and wage or bank garnishment. this last statement let me know the company is a bottom feeder as the debt is outside of statue of limitations for being able to sue me. Unless they can get something that restarts the clock. Not going to happen. I stated the debt wasnt one i recognized and said any further communication should be done by mail. If I actually receive anything from them I will be sending a cease and desist letter.
Kara DRA LLC with a different number, texted saying, "I am trying to get ahold of last name, first name, it is important or I wouldn't bother you". Scam!
Texts another number says to contact Kara. When I called a male voice says want to serve a suppina . I replied you should have the Sheriff serve it. His reply was I will do that and hung up. Claims to be an Attorney.
Got a text message saying they were Kara trying to get a hold of me. I know this is fake because my name is not listed with the phone number they message to. I always block these type of messages or numbers.
Sent me 2 text messages, someone called "Kara" from DRA LLC, asking me if this is (Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial) which immediately confirms its fake. I have been harrassed by Skip Tracing in the past and now it seems they're changing their technique. Please report this number when possible!

I called back only to find it was a scam the man was trying to tell me i was being sued didn't tell me by who and ask to i want to settle this matter with credit card. I said no who is the company and he gave me a fake name this number is a scam.

This was the call back number given, but called from a supposed 214 area code of unknown ownership. An unidentified stern male voice said they were trying to locate me (no specific name) or someone I know (again no name used) and the person may have moved, and they needed to reach the (unnamed) person because it was an important legal matter. I did not call back, and blocked both numbers.
