Got a call from this number 18884896416 here says he is Microsoft tech support now us still harassing me

Asking about property that I own in Cabo (Mexico). I don’t own any property/time shares there or anywhere outside the US. Also very poor quality of voicemail - couldn’t understand caller’s name or even if he addressed me by my correct name!
