They call and state that I haven't paid my taxes. What taxes? They've been paid off for years. Lol. Scammers!!

CALLS ME 3 TIMES A DAY, KEEP TELLING THEM WRONG NUMBER AND STOP CALLING . DOES NO GOOD. PHONE COMPANIES OR THE GOV NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE CALLS, 15 CALLS A DAY STARTING AT 7:30 AM UNTIL 10:00 PM EVERYDAY. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO STOP THIS CRAP.
