I got two calls back to back and they did not leave a message either time.
They do look legitimate...I didn't have to give any financial info by the way....so I think the comment that they ARE who they CLAIM to be is true

yes received a call from this number. It is legit. They are a company hired by optimum cable to assist with complaints. I did make a complaint last week. he did lower my bill. I then called cablevision in Woodbury, NY and did confirm the bill was lowered. He explained the company handles all complaints. Not a scam.
