Yep same MO. Got this call. I called back and got a recording saying "all Operators are busy. leave your name and number." I just hung up and blocked number.

Student loan scam , they are not affiliated with your student loans do not fall for it , do not send money
I got a call from an "unknown caller". They left a voice mail telling me I need to call this number about my student loans. If you have student loans, call your servicer rather than respond to these callers. These people will try to get you to consolidate your student debt promising loan forgiveness. Your current servicer can help you with that. You don't need to move your loans to another servicer to get into the loan forgiveness program.
