Who called me from this phone number (888) 406-7610

Posing as a text from NETFLIX and when you click on the link it goes to a non-secure IP starting 165. log into NETFLIX then it asks for payment information from a credit card. My account is up to date when I logged into official site and they already have my information that is how I know this is a fraud. NETFLIX usually emails not text. If you call the number...you get a voicemail that is not set up
