received call, when I called back told them to remove me and he just talked over me. I hung up. Didn't even wait to see what they are selliing

They called from a number with a 380 area code and left a voicemail saying she was from Bridgewater Health and hadn’t been able to connect since I reached out, left the 888 return number. I don’t have knowledge of any such company and didn’t reach out to anyone.
