I called back and recording states I've reached an unknown number, call could not be made, or you have made an invalid entry. caller ID showed UNITEDHLTHCARE
Said they are my health plan but always pre-recorded message asking me to confirm name and birthdate and leaving a number to call and leave info. Always call around 10:00 am.
