Got a robocall VM about Pay Day Loans as well on April 11th 2019. I am on a do not call list... The call was from number 888 819 0598 and left a robo voice mail asking to call back at 888 342 0359...
Calls from an unlisted/unknown number so you can’t block but gives the 888 number to help with payday loans that I never had.
Recorded call , wanted to help me with my pay day loans. Never had any pay day loans, Have called several times, I think it's a scammer.
