I received a call from this number and the man said my name and verified the last 4 numbers of my ss#. He accused me of having over $1000 in returned ACH charges and told me he worked for the State of Colorado and he was willing to give me a chance to explain my side of things. When I explained to him I don't have any returned ACH transactions he began yelling at me. He told me he would be filing paperwork with the courts to freeze all my bank accounts, tax returns, stimulus payments, debit and credit cards, He threatened to place a lien on my vehicles and property. I again tried to ask for more information about which financial institution these ACH charges were returned from and he then yelled again. He accused me of lying to him and then stated he "WOULD SEE ME IN COURT THIS WEEK!" Then hung up on me. He has yet to answer any of my phone calls and his voicemail does not list his name or the name of the company he works for. This man is a complete JERK! It is illegal for any debt collector to harass or threaten people.
