Who called me from this phone number (888) 303-9273

Call from 888-303-9273. Caller claimed to be from my bank verifying a $692.00 charge. I said I did not make this charge and quickly looked at my texts and emails to see if my bank had sent anything and they hadn't. I told the caller that I would have to call him back after verification. He hung up. Foreign sounding voice with call center noise in background.
