Called today. When asked questions he told me I am protected by FDIC so I will be able to get my money back if it is a scam and I lose money. Asked if I could check with my bank and call him back. Gave me an excuse. Didn't want to bother his supervisor. Told him I didn't want to sign up and wasn't giving him my credit card number. Had to hang up on him. He kept calling back and I kept hanging up or didn't answer and finally had to block his number to not hear the phone ring anymore.

Robocall. Should be on the "no call list" Offer was to reduce the interest rate on my credit card. Couldn't satisfactorily answer my questions. Wanted my credit card number. Wouldn't accept "no" for an answer. Finally had to "block" his call to keep him from repeatedly calling back.
