Who called me from this phone number (888) 246-7667

I keep getting calls from them and asking me to call above number but use extension 4494. At least this time that extension. I do use Binsons as I have a bi-pap but I think this is a scam. I do not answer so they leave a 40 second voicemail. I recently got new supplies and I have never had Binsons call me to remind me of anything!
