Who called me from this phone number (888) 243-2543

I got a landline call with an unsolicited robo-voice verification code. The caller ID gave me this number which I found to belong to FiServ (a technology financial solutions company) with a Google search. (This number also appears online as an older Legacy Bank mobile banking number) I phoned it, went through the prompts, and got to a live assistant with a thick Indian accent who asked me if I had a bank account there.
