Who called me from this phone number (888) 240-1603

This called called, told I owed over 200,000 on a property I own at a specific street. I rent and don't even own a home, it's ridiculous how they're targeting the wrong people. When I told her to put me on her do not call list she told me that she would as soon as I answered her question. I once again asked her to put me on the do not call list and she then told me she would call again. I have respect for people with these types of jobs because everyone's got to make money, but certainly not for this individual.
