Got a called from this number, heavy accent and bad connection. Said he was from Best Buy and had talked to me this am. Said they had a security crash and that was why my WebRoot did not get updated. While I have been in contact with the Geek Squad, I didn't actually talk to someone, it was all done via online texting and had nothing to do with WebRoot. I told this person I wasn't sure what was going on n would check it out. He said ok n hung up fast.
Has called 2x...very loud call center, very strong accent. Cannot even understand the person. Love Google!!
I got a call from this number. They said the worked for some business and had my application. I researched the business to see if I could find anything and found nothing. Heavy Indian accent and sounded like they were reading from a prompt. I've blocked the number since than.

This number registers on my phone as Best Buy Express. Call lasted 28 Seconds. Representative wanted to send me some information on a job to work from home and wanted my email address. I said No thank you and the representative hung up on me.

Said he was calling because I did a Geek Service maintenance session a day ago and had to handle something, tried to get me to download a viewer program, very heavy accents and I could hear kids/people in background, I told I will call Best Buy myself he thought I was a guy, he yelled when I questioned him. I hung up and called Geek sqaud best buy as if they were calling it would be in my file session. They did not they cleaned up my computer just in case and it was a FRAUD call.
