Phone number showed as ‘unknown’. Cannot tell if female’s voice is a real human or just pre-recorded/robo-call. Voicemail: “Hi this is Kate Morgan. I'm reaching out to you today because your student loans just became eligible for new programs that were just released in 2019. You could be looking at an immediate reduction or a limitation of your current payment and even possible forgiveness on the balance of your loan. Call me today and I can go over the details; my direct phone number is 888-229-1261. I look forward to hearing back from you.”

Received a voicemail identifying the caller as Alex Prichardt with the "in house legal department", that he was working on my case (?) and had a couple of questions. he said his business hours were from 8-5 eastern time and to call him at 888-229-6342
