Who called me from this phone number (888) 223-2807

I'm getting the same calls from 888-223-2807. Are they really from the VA?

Left voicemail claiming Veteran Affairs central office survey.

January 30, 2022  ⚠

Said they were Department of Veteran Affairs doing a survey. First called November 16. I did survey. Now started February 6 til today Feb 15 called every day. I blocked number but they manage to leave voice mail every day. SCAM.
