Who called me from this phone number (888) 219-4196

I was called no massage asking for my name, my credit was derogatory for 30 dollars and then when I called he said that it was 1,378 dollars Soo I told him I don't got that amount of money right now and he drop the price telling me all I had to pay was 1000 dollars now that was suspicious and then I hung up this is a scam but he had all the information of my accident
