Got a text from the number saying that they wanted to talk about a job position. The website for ProMarv on mobile looks like something I could have done in high school. It does look like someone is behind the creation of the website as clunky and 2000s as it is. There is no substance to the website however, just stock photos, weird graphics, says they have worked with non profits and Fortune 500 companies but doesn't say who. I keep tabs to the places I send my resume to, but they didn't message me from Indeed like everyone else, it just straight to my number. I have no notes or emails confirming I applied to this place. Very strange, I don't even want to respond.

A lady tells me the message is intended for ( says my name— while coughing/ choking ) continues with a jumbled intro as Ms May. Sh continues to tell me “Some paperwork just came across my desk and you’re gonna need to call me back at my office.“ When she gave the call that number 888-213-9121 extension 106, she had to pause multiple times as if reading from a script. I do you know I have some charge-offs And I’m trying to rebuild my credit… In doing so I’ve put applications out for short term loans or And I’m trying to rebuild my credit… In doing so I put in applications out for short term loans or debt consolidation. I definitely feel like these people are selling the consumer information to scum bags That will try to scare and scam people out of money even if that person is already trying to rectify their situation themselves! Please be leery of these predators, also if you’re applying for payday loans or inquiring about debt relief I can guarantee You’ll end up getting a call from one of these assholes! Good luck

They had beening trying to contact me obviously but I dont answer strange numbers. All of a sudden they texted me. They even had a nerve to start texting my family members. How they are getting information idk but I do know that it's illegal to do that.

Ms Gilchrist called from 888 213 - 9121 ext 116 and said I have a legal right to be notified. She didn't state her company name or title. If your not an attorney or the IRS get the fuck off my line.

Ms Gilchrist left a message on my work phone claiming that a complaint has been filed against me, very vague, didn't even say which company be she's calling from, lol, scam!!!!!

Called saying my name and that I needed to call back immediately saying there was a complaint filed in Mrs. Hernandez office. Scam

Call from 1-888-213-9121 saying my file had been reported to his office and he want sure if I was aware of it or not. Never says who he is with but it was very important for me to call him back directly. Upon calling back it goes to a voicemail that doesn’t give any information about who this company is. Sorry fella I’m not playing your game. I’ve blocked him.

They leave you a message saying that there is an allegation about a complaint that was filled against you and that your time is sensitive to respond. But they do not say where they are from and the woman sounds really muffled when saying certain things. They try and scare you with saying they will take you from your home or office if you do not respond by a certain time frame. When you call back it rings a few times then goes straight to voicemail and again when stating where there from in the voicemail is sounds muffled. Sorry not getting my information. Be aware and do not fall for the scams.

Received a call and they had my maiden last name. The woman "Ms. Gilcrest" stated she had a complaint filed in her office about me. Would not state the nature of the situation. Just said she hopes she doesn't have to make a final decision on my behalf without speaking with me.

A woman with the last name O'Conner called my mother and wouldn't identify who they were with, just that they needed to talk to me.
