Same as above comments. My home was built in 1943. Saying there is a warranty on a 79 year old home (that I have already replaced mechanical & other things) is ABSURD! Definitely a scam with this unnamed "county recorder".
Received a very legit looking “County Deed Record Final Notice” post card (with my bank as the lienholder) saying that my home warranty is going to expire. IT IS A SCAM. My home was built in the 1960’s and I assure you that the only coverage we have is home owners. BLOCK/IGNORE THE PHONE CALLS AND SHRED THE POSTCARDS!!
Got a postcard from Home Warranty Division stating that my home warranty was not up to date and that this was “final notice”.
Home warranty scam. Have recieved "final notice" 10 times now all weeks apart with different bs eye-catching postcards.
Received a postcard with this number. No business name. No address. Just saying to renew home warranty by calling 888-206-8232. My home is almost 30 years old, and not covered by any warranty.

These guys scrape public county registrar records and then send out official-looking postcards from "Home Warranty Division" saying that you must call them to renew your home warranty. It's a textbook scam, and I don't understand how they haven't been shut down yet.
