I don't answer phone calls from numbers that are not in my contact because of so many robo calls occurring. I looked this number up on google and the Federal Trade Commission has had several complaints about it. I will continue to not answer calls from unknown phone numbers. If it is important that I speak to someone they will leave a message and I will then decide if it warrants a return call. Some robo telemarketers are very brazen and leave long voicemails about their services for sale. I don't return the calls, but block them.
