Same message, I have this number saved as 'scam likely' and today is probably the fifth time they've called only leaving a voicemail this time around, like c'mon

I got the same call and message today. If they want to come by come, go ahead. I'll have a "trusted friend" by my side who will do the talking for me!

I just got this call this morning saying the exact same thing as others. No name no company that he's with just the phone number in not calling back

I think this is a newer debt collection company, they call anyone they can find related to me, leaving threatening voicemails, about serving me papers, and telling me if I do not respond by the end of the day I'll be going to jail essentially. I did call back and they did have a legit debt I owed, once again threatening me with wage garnishment. I simply told them I have every voice mail saved of you harassing me and other members of my family threatening me, and any real complaint legal situation wouldn't be handled on the phone ever. Be careful scammers are getting sneaker. Suggestion to anyone, if you do have a debt to be paid make sure you get what you're paying and who you're paying in writing never just pay blindly over the phone.

The recorded call indicated the needed a "statement of intent", however, the caller did not indicate from what agency they are calling from. omg this number called back left me vm..no name n name of agency...a legitimate business would say who they are,

I got one of the recorded messages yesterday about legal action with no details and the threat to call them or have my legal counsel do so. There was no name provided and I know it is pure fraud. It is a shame they get away with this garbage.
