I have received several of these pre-recorded calls threatening impending interference with work, etc. due to "breach of agreement" They left a name of the person they were trying to contact... not me... but I have received hundreds of calls for derelict behavior by this individual. I used the case number, persons name and called the number.... behaves like a standard collection agency... she put me on hold … forever, next, hung up. With a little subversion AND repeated calls she answered with the name of the agency: TRI Star... I cautioned the party with the fact that I had contacted them before about this NOT being a contact number or the individual and that I was prepared to file harassment charges....she hung up. I called again... greeting: "All right, I will remove your number from the list." click. I give it a month and they will call again, robocalls are just too cheap for haranguing people to try and find the people that are trying to avoid their responsibilities. I have my lawyer on speed dial...
