Same to me. SCAM
Left a voicemail regarding domain registration. Total scam.
A "Karen" just called our church with the same message. All our domains are managed by 1&1 Internet with whom we are well pleased.
"Karen" called from this number saying my domain was about to expire, but I've already renewed it. She never mentioned what registrar or hosting company she was calling from, which was another red flag.
"Karen" called from this number claiming it was urgent, and that my domain was about to expire. I have already renewed my domain, and this is clearly a scam.

"Karen" called and left message indicating that this was an urgent message and they have been trying to reach me regarding my domain renewal that is due. Also, that I can call back and use their automated system to renew my domain name. Truly a scam. My domain name is paid up through next year.
