called saying it was in regaurds to junes taxes

They keep hanging up on me when I ask them how can I help you. They have called 4 times in the last 10 minutes

Received multiple Voice mail messages from Dave Morris stating a client is suing me and requested communication with me and my attorney. I have not answered any of the calls and believe this is a scam

Pretending to be an "agent" for/of the PCH (Publishers Clearing House). As this progresses, this will be updated. A few things to be noteworthy: this SCAMMER has an obvious accent which is believed to be Jamaican. Small cars and small bikes (motorcycles) typically used for transportation outside the US in poorer countries was noticed. The script used was the same as the PCH SCAM goes: 1. You're a winner of $2 million (USD) (typically $2 to $10+ million PLUS a new 2019 Mercedes-Benz). 2. To receive the (FAKE, non-existent) money, you must pay a fee of X ($500 to $7000) to get it. Once the card number AND receipt number is given to the SCAMMER it takes seconds to have it transferred to their account and you won't know it. They'll block your number and nobody, including the US government or the card company, can or will help. As the saying goes "if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is". That means what you read or hear is a lie. NOTE: PCH will NEVER call or ask for tax money to be paid in advance. PCH just shows up at your door as a complete surprise.

called and wanted to help my husband with his Medi gap policy - had to have his SS number and banking information. took info and then refused to cancel the call when I got on the line. Would not tell me who he was talking to. I hung up
