Call came in around a quarter to 11, and came up with the same caller ID -- "ROCHESTER PA" (with a bunch of space in the middle) as a similar call a few days ago (that one came up as 878-439-9638, and left no message). This time? I picked up & hung up immediately. Betting "INTERMEDIA COMMUNICATIONS" will deny that they're the carrier....
